New Castle's annual Independence Day Non-Motorized Mini Parade Saturday, July 4th.
Register for free: newcastlerec.com All registered entries will be in a drawing for a Hogback Pizza gift card. Must be present to win.
Parade starts at 10am
Entire parade takes place in the Elk Creek Elementary parking area. This is the shortest parade this side of the Divide. No crowds. Plenty of parking.
We do not go down Main St.
Decorate with red, white & blue!
Bikes, scooters, wagons, friendly dogs other critters on leashes . . .
Battery-motors like power-wheels are okay too!

Mahjong tables will be available now every FRIDAY, 1pm-4pm, at the New Castle Community Center - 423 W. Main.
Drop-in and play! All experience levels are welcome. Bring your current Mahjong Card if you have one.
This is not an instructed class. This is an opportunity for fellow Mahjong players to get together each week.
No fee – no registration- Tables, Chairs, Mahjong sets provided
Beginners are welcome!
