July 8th: Plant-based Greek Cooking - Enjoy Mediterranean dishes as you never have in the delicious and informative class. Old-World cuisine is naturally packed with wonderful and simple plant-based dishes that are sure to delight your taste buds. Tantalize your palate with baked broad beans, garlic mashed potatoes, and a terrific spinach-race dish . . all in the authentic Greek style.
July 15th: Plant-based Cookout Sides - Up your barbecue nutritional game with whole food, plant-baed versions of popular cookout side dishes. Learn to make tasty baked beans, scrumption corn muffins, and delectable deviled potatoes without the need for dairy, eggs, or sugar. This class will level up the healthfulness of your next picnic or potluck without sacrificing flavor.
July 22nd - Plant Based Spanish Cooking - the Iberian Peninsula is a melting pot of great diversity of people and regions. Its customs and cuisine have been influenced by Celtic, Greek, Roman, Germanic, and Arabic cultures through the centuries. We will explore savory paella from Valencia, a mouthwatering Catalan medley of sauteed vegetables, and spice chickpeas and spinach from Seville. These delicious treats don't need to be complicated or use exotic ingredients; you'll see just how simple, accessible, and enjoyable Spanish dishes can be.
