June Session: Wednesdays 5:30-8:30pm June 3, 10, 17 (9 hours)
July Session: Wednesdays 5:30-8:30pm July 8, 15, 22 (9 hours)

Adult Registration: $150 per 9-hour session
Attendees should bring at least 4 to-go containers to bring home left-overs!
June Session: Classes will begin with a short presentation demystifying the health benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet followed by hands-on cooking. We will focus on simple, familiar ingredients like fruits, vegetables, legumes, leafy greens and whole grains. Nuts and seeds will not be included. Recipes will not include animal products, added sugar, oil, flour, soy, meat substitutes or nutritional yeast.
July Session: Students will explore diverse cuisines from around the world. Ingredients will include fruits, vegetables, legumes, greens and whole grains. No animal-based products will be used. Some ingredients may be new to the students, offering a fun and flavorful culinary adventure.
