Here you will learn suitable grip and handling and common cuts like mincing, dicing, and julienning that you will need for nearly any recipe you find online or in your favorite cookbook. We will also discuss selecting the right knife for the right task and safety, care, and maintenance. You will practice your sharp new skill to prepare a delicious, healthy snack in class using various cutting techniques. Bring at least four to-go containers to take home cut ingredients and leftover.
